Nothing special. Just Satoshi Nakamoto casually forecasting what a stupid idea Bcash would be in 2010…

"If the second version screwed up, the user experience would reflect badly on both, although it would at least reinforce to users the importance of staying with the official version. If someone was getting ready to fork a second version, I would have to air a lot of disclaimers about the risks of using a minority version. This is a design where the majority version wins if there's any disagreement, and that can be pretty ugly for the minority version[…]."

Bitcoin – The Currency of the Internet

The US Treasury Department says that the government borrowed a record $488 billion in the January-March quarter of 2018, exceeded the old record of $483 billion set in the first quarter of 2010, a period when the country was struggling to pull out of a deep recession. TLDR: Buy Bitcoin.

Bitcoin – The Currency of the Internet

“Bitcoin itself cannot scale to have every single financial transaction in the world be broadcast to everyone and included in the block chain. There needs to be a secondary level of payment systems which is lighter weight and more efficient.” -Hal Finney, Dec 2010

R.I.P. my Satoshi Nakamoto.

Bitcoin – The Currency of the Internet

I invested in bitcoin in 2010 (reddit.com)

I have 281.64 bitcoin. I haven’t spent any of since i invested. I understand that this is a lot of money. I just don’t know what to do with it as i want to live a normal life. I was thinking about giving to my kids when they are older. Or should I use it to retire? Each and every one of my family members has a different idea. What should I do? BTW I am a divorced man living in a suburban neighborhood in central NY. My children don’t know about this also. Should I tell them?
